In Lonny yesterday there was this rug that I just can't stop thinking about. I love how the pattern is subtle, while still making an impact. It's not too busy, but has great contrast.
I found a similar rug from Overstock with a very pleasing price tag.
Here's another alternative to a medallion rug from Target.
I think these rugs are so classic, and would look great with any design scheme you're trying to achieve. I really like how they tie the rooms together in both of these pictures.
